WEST MILFORD, N.J. - Two Hewitt residents were arrested on Sunday when they were caught literally asleep at the wheel of a running car after injecting heroin, according to West Milford police.

Ashley Conklin, 20, was charged with possession of a prescription legend drug, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, and several motor vehicle violations. Her passenger, John T. Walsh, 25, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance suspected to be heroin.
